We sit on the first and third Sunday of each month. Sitting begins at 8:00 a.m. If you are new, come at 7:30 a.m. for a short orientation and meditation instruction beforehand.

A typical morning holds two periods of zazen with walking meditation between them, a brief reading to close, and time for tea afterward, ending around 9:15 a.m.

Launching soon. We are securing our space and preparing for our first sittings in Greenville. Leave your email below and we will tell you the moment we have our first date and place set.

Saving a seat

You never need a reservation to sit with us, and no one who comes to sit is ever turned away. While our group is young, letting us know you are coming helps us prepare a cushion and make sure someone is ready to give you a proper welcome and your first instruction. It is an offer, never a requirement.

Anyone may simply arrive. Bring your own cushion or use one of ours, take a chair if the floor is hard, and you will always have a place.
